How to register & place orders:

First time users

1. Register - Click on My Account -  Click on Don't have an account? - Fill out the account info (we need this to ship) - Click REGISTER
2. Log in with your new user name and password
3. Done! (Please write down your user name and password).

Registered Users:

Just log in from the account page or when asked to log in when you place an order.

*If you have any trouble please contact the Admin. There are security features on the website that will lock you out if your login fails 3 times so please write down your login info.

To place an order (you must be registered) - go to the Shop link or button

1. Build your order.  To continue shopping or add additional items click the continue shopping button.- when finished click the finished button.
2. When you click the finished button (only once please) on the order form you will be taken to a secure page where you can use your credit card.

 After four different credit card processors terminated our Real Extracts accounts we have been forced to process credit cards off-site. Apparently, online credit card transactions for "tobacco related" have been tagged as "high risk", socially unacceptable or a threat to the political status quo. 

When you are done click the  "finish" button. You will land on another site to pay. I know this is a little wonky and may be alarming to some but it is the best solution we can come up with until we find something better. It is not a security issue. Your credit card will be processed by a secure verified cc processor. We thought this would be better than going to an off-shore processor we don't know or trust.

(You need to remember the dollar amount when you arrive at the payment page as it does not remember your order total)

Contact the Admin if you don't get an email confirmation of your order.
